Quick Start Guide
Ready to get your boutique set up? Follow these initial steps:
1. Account & Store Setup
When you first log in, you'll need to set up your business profile. Navigate to Settings to add your business details, upload your boutique's logo, and set up your store locations. If you have multiple branches, you can add them all here!
2. Adding Your First Products
Before you can sell, you need inventory. Head over to the Inventory tab:
- Click Add Product Style (e.g., "Summer Floral Dress").
- Define the Variants for that style (e.g., Size M, Color Red).
- Update your Stock Levels for each specific store location.
3. Making Your First Sale
Once your inventory is loaded, you're ready to sell:
- Go to the POS / Sales screen.
- Search or select the items the customer wants to purchase.
- Select the payment method (Cash or M-Pesa).
- Complete the transaction and print or email the receipt!
Navigating the Platform
Here is a quick breakdown of your main dashboard tabs:
- Dashboard: Your daily summary. See total sales, top-performing items, and recent transactions.
- Inventory: The heart of your catalog. Manage styles, variants, and stock counts.
- Sales: Your cash register. Process new transactions and view historical sale records.
- Customers: Your client book. Add new shoppers and view their past purchases.
- Purchase Orders: Manage your suppliers and incoming stock.
